Ernani é Praça
We are a group of residents of Alto de Pinheiros brought together by a simple wish: to cultivate spaces for living well. The initiative started among friends, mothers of young children, and today it has blossomed into something for the whole community.
Together, we have been turning Praça Ernani Braga into a place of togetherness for adults, children and animals, as well as a chance to be outdoors and in touch with nature in the middle of the city.

Improvement and upkeep of public space
- With the previous round of investment, R$ 507,000.00, the first phase was delivered in August 2026: a pet area and Ilha do Tesouro, a playground custom-built for the square, respecting the existing vegetation and inspired by the wishes expressed by the neighborhood children themselves.
- Three events have already brought together around 300 participants, strengthening bonds and bringing more life and belonging to the space.
- The next phase is raising funds to maintain what we have already built and to expand to the other side of the square, creating new ways to use and enjoy it.
